Studying abroad, nowadays, has become more popular and majority of students move to other countries. Although there are certain drawbacks, I believe that its advantages can easily outweigh the disadvantages, since it provides greater job opportunities and can broaden the students' minds.
On the one hand, some believe that studying abroad is not necessary. Their major argument is that after moving to an unfamiliar country they can face some challenges such as becoming unemployed or even homeless, as there may not be so many opportunities for new visitors. Secondly, they argue that students who move to other countries to study, can often feel homesick which can negatively affect their academic performance. However, i feel that the advantages of studying in a foreign country are more significant, as there can be numerous benefits, such as broadening students' minds. Students, for example, should visit some historical sites that can expand their horizons, as well as socialize with local people.
As a result, this can leave students with unforgettable experiences, which later can be essential for their future. Moreover, universities often collaborate with global corporations, offering students great job opportunities. For instance, some mobile phone companies reach an agreement with universities on sending highly skilled students to their job, where they can gain high salaries. In conclusion, despite these drawbacks of studying abroad, I firmly believe that creating great job opportunities for students and expanding their horizons can make it a positive development overall.
